January 4, 1993 - Christine Hoffman passed away in Columbus, Ohio at the age of 43 after a long battle with cancer. She was a graduate of Sullens College in Bristol, VA and the College of Wooster. She served under Governer Dick Celeste as deputy director at both the Ohio Dept of Human Services and the Bureau of Workman's Comp.
